“The $14 million fine against Liberty University appears to be a small fraction of its total operating revenues, which were $1.2 billion without donor restrictions in fiscal year 2022, according to an annual report. The school’s net assets were $3.5 billion.”
Liberty has 15,800 students on campus (at $22K/year) and boasts another 115,000 students. This fine is what they’ll face for lying to their campus, community and breaking the law.

Some probably aren't really active. All seven groups in the Twin Cities have recurring donations which makes switching to a new fiscal host well before those all stop on March 15 pretty important.

Open Collective Foundation has refused to extend their irresponsible shutdown schedule by even a week, and so donations for hundreds of mutual aid groups across the US stop tomorrow.
7 Minneapolis collectives are trying to move to People Who Give a Damn, Inc.
That organization does not have staff to be a full service fiscal host, but we are all trying to solicit any and all help to cobble together volunteers, new part-time staff, and pro bono expert advisors to up its offerings …
